Our History

Darent Valley Dog Training Club was established in 1966

The inaugural meeting of the club was on Monday 5^th September 1966

The first committee meeting was on Thursday 3^rd of November 1966

The first Annual General Meeting was on Monday 30^th of Jan 1967

Founding committee:

Chairman: Mr P Farrelly (served 1966-68)
Secretary: Mrs D I Waters (served 1966-67)
Treasurer: Mr G Davis (served 1966-68)
Instructor: Miss Lillian England (served 1966-___)

First President of the Club - Mr L.A. Pearce - in May 1970

7:30 - 8:30 Beginners
8:30 - 9:00 Tea
9:00 - 10:00 Trained dogs

£1 per year
